About our Dry Chlorinated Thermal Oxide with Forming Gas Anneal

Our dry chlorinated thermal oxidation is ideal for MOS and other active device fabrication processes. Use dry chlorinated thermal oxide to eliminate metal ions, which can help your devices reach their highest performance. The addition of a forming gas anneal after oxidation passivates dangling bonds. Dangling bonds at the silicon interface can have a negative effect on the insulating properties of your oxide.
